Shipment processing time:

  1. We'll give Curb Side Delivery in United States (lower 48 states).
  2. For Canada We charged $750 for Curb Side Delivery. 
  3. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  4. While Classic Arcades strives to maintain a 5-10 business day average delivery time, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average delivery time.
  5. Orders ship within 2-5 business days after payment for order has been received. Orders are shipped on business days only Monday to Friday excluding federal holidays.
  6. Classic Arcades will ship to any physical address in the lower 48 United States free of charge. For all orders outside the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. White glove service is available for an additional $300-$450.
  7. Packages are shipped via truck freight.
  8. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Classic Arcades is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


The Classic Arcades is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
