Shipping Information

While The Classic Arcades strives to maintain a 3 weeks average shipping time, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average delivery time. Orders are shipped on business days only Monday to Friday excluding federal holidays.

We have several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Here is an overview of the various options and pricing for common game room products. For all methods, the delivery address must be accessible to an 18 wheeler freight truck. Please inspect the items when they are delivered and report any damage to us in the presence of the shipper.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (If you do not, please contact us and a representative can send over the digital receipt of your purchase). This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 2-7 business days.

Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.

Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@theclassicarcades.com

Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to support@theclassicarcades.com . We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.

Shipping methods:

Curbside Delivery (Standard Delivery):

Item will be dropped off in the box on a pallet in a driveway or wheeled by pallet jack into a garage (as long as there is no step). If item is being delivered to a commercial building, it will be dropped in front of the building or brought to a loading dock.

White Glove Delivery:

Machine will be brought inside the home or building. Delivery to room of choice.

What is WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY?

Let us take the hassle away with having our team do a complete set up of your NEW arcade game in your home and take away all the packaging. So all you have to do is start playing all your favorite games!

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Classic Arcades is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Classic Arcades is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Classic Arcades cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees for large shipments. Any duty, tax, the brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

WHAT IS CURBSIDE DELIVERY?

Large or heavy items ship in a freight truck. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of items on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you.
